To be held at the station house in Shane’s Castle. Will include a buffet lunch and a talk by Rev Canon Derek Kerr on the theme of Royal Bits and Pieces.
Admission £10.00.

GRACEHILL

This talk will be presented by Dr David Johnston, a Gracehill resident, and will cover the establishment and work of the Moravian village.

MILLS AROUND RANDALSTOWN: water power to steam power

Sebastian Graham has undertaken comprehensive research into the mills of Northern Ireland and this talk will focus mainly on what he found in our own locality.

MACARTNEY OF LISSANOURE AND CHINA

Linda Houston will talk about the life of George, 1st Earl Macartney, the diplomat who led Britain’s first embassy to China.
